Nicole Zhou serves TrailRunner International as an Associate based in Shanghai, mainly responsible for serving clients from the healthcare sector, including corporate communication, media relations, content development and social media management. She has many years of experiences in public relations and corporate communication in the field of healthcare and life science. Previously, she worked with a biotech company, and international 4A agencies (Ruder Finn and Weber Shandwick), where she supported global biopharma companies including AstraZeneca, Roche, GlaxoSmithKline, and Takeda. She has great experience across a broad spectrum of work including corporate communications, corporate branding, social media, and digital content.

Nicole holds a B.A. in Communications from Newcastle University in Australia and an M.A. in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from New York University. During her school years, she interned with CCTV, American Cancer Society, and Women in The Boardroom. In her spare time, she likes to work out, travel with her family, and spend time with her dogs.
