Eddie Echeverria

Eddie Echeverria is an Associate at TrailRunner International based in Nashville.

Prior to joining TrailRunner International, Eddie worked as an Account Supervisor at Edelman in the Crisis and Risk practice, designing communication strategies, crisis playbooks, and tabletop exercises.

Eddie has worked with clients in tech, biotech, manufacturing, retail, food and beverage, and financial services. His work has covered an array of issues, such as labor and employment, cybersecurity, litigation, stakeholder activism, and product launches.

Earlier in his career, Eddie worked at Lyft, developing and scaling a crisis communications program during a period of rapid growth for the company. In that role, he developed internal communications systems, managed reputational risks, and developed executive communications for internal and external crises. He also managed issues related to safety, labor, and regulatory compliance.

Eddie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Union University. In his free time, Eddie enjoys writing, running, reading, and catching the occasional ska show.


Caroline Tomaselli

Caroline Tomaselli is an Associate at TrailRunner International based in New York. 

Prior to joining TrailRunner International, Caroline served as a Corporate Communications Manager at DDA, where she crafted and implemented strategic communications plans for clients across emerging technology, AI, and film production and financing.

She began her career at Hiltzik Strategies on the technology and finance team, where she worked with prominent corporations, startups, and individuals on their strategic communications work, developing proactive strategies and thought leadership programs for clients.

Caroline brings experience developing and executing comprehensive narratives for companies and high-profile individuals. Her expertise spans a range of industries including finance, technology, venture capital, the creator economy, and entertainment.

Caroline earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of South Florida in Tampa. Caroline is an active member of the New York Junior League and in her free time, she likes to volunteer with the organization, attend concerts and theater performances, bake sourdough bread, and read.


Alden Mitchell

Alden Mitchell is President of TrailRunner Sports, drawing on more than two decades of experience in sports, media, and technology, with a track record of success at iconic brands including Uber, Viacom, Discovery, collegiate conferences, and Stanford University. In her role, Alden leads all aspects of TrailRunner Sports, which was created to provide strategic business advisory and communications support to global sports clients spanning leagues, teams, conferences, educational institutions, ownership groups, investors, and brands.

Mitchell has a deep and diverse skill set in sports business. Over the course of her career, she has led high-performing teams across business development, sponsorships, licensing, advertising, marketing, and operations. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer of Stanford Athletics, where she oversaw capital projects, external relations, facilities and operations, finance, human resources, and revenue-generating initiatives. She was tapped to serve as Interim Athletics Director during a pivotal stretch, leading the organization through a period of competitive and commercial success while driving fundraising growth, strengthening partnerships, and enhancing financial discipline and operational performance.

Before Stanford, Mitchell led Uber’s Consumer Business Development team from 2021-2024, where she expanded and diversified the company’s portfolio of high-impact consumer initiatives. In that role, she spearheaded strategic partnerships with leading global brands including the NFL, Live Nation, Marriott, Instacart, and others, driving new revenue streams and unlocking meaningful growth opportunities.

Earlier in her career, Mitchell served as Senior Vice President of Distribution at the Pac-12 Networks, where she developed a deep understanding of the collegiate athletics landscape. She also served as Head of Global Partnerships and Content Strategy at Crunchyroll, the global streaming platform focused on anime, driving significant subscriber growth and financial upside.

Mitchell earned her undergraduate degree in economics from Harvard University and completed her MBA at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. She resides in San Francisco with her two daughters, Lulu and Charlotte.


Ann-Catherine Wegener

Ann-Catherine Wegener is an Analyst for TrailRunner International, based in New York.

Prior to joining TrailRunner International, Ann-Catherine participated in the firm’s internship program. Before that, she completed a media management apprenticeship at Axel Springer in Berlin, where she worked across the firm’s media ecosystem over several years, including Business Insider and venture-backed media startups. Her work focused on strategic communications, brand positioning, and digital strategy, with experience across both European and U.S. markets.

Ann-Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Humboldt University of Berlin and a Master of Science in Strategic Communication from Columbia University.

Outside of work, Ann-Catherine can usually be found reading, exploring the city, or at a comedy show with friends.


Barbara Babcock

Barbara Babcock is an Employee Experience Manager in TrailRunner International’s New York City office.

Prior to joining TrailRunner International, Barbara supported contemporary visual artists as an Associate Agent at 291 Agency. Before that, as Director of LoveBird Projects, a visual art consulting firm, she led research and the creation of marketing materials, and managed logistics and client support, among other responsibilities. She also served as Director of the Luise Ross Gallery, where she curated exhibitions, organized events, and liaised with artists, clients, and press.

Barbara earned her Bachelor of Arts at Brown University where she graduated with honors. During her time there, she also played D1 field hockey and was active in her sorority. When not at work, Barbara enjoys playing basketball, reading, exploring the city, and spending time with her husband and three children.


Jackson McCullough

Jackson McCullough is an Analyst based in TrailRunner International’s Dallas/Fort Worth office. Prior to becoming an Analyst, he participated in the firm’s internship program.

Jackson graduated from Abilene Christian University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in management. During his time at ACU, he worked as a corporate sponsorships intern for Learfield, a media and technology company focused on college athletics. He also served as a sales and marketing intern for Tackl, an on-demand home repair services company.

In his free time, Jackson enjoys playing golf, working out, trying new food, and spending time
with friends and family.


Riley Ehlermann

Riley Ehlermann is an Analyst in TrailRunner International’s Dallas/Fort Worth office. Prior to becoming an Analyst, she participated in the firm’s internship program.

Before joining the firm, Riley worked as a new business intern for Weber Shandwick, an advertising intern for McCann Worldgroup in Prague, Czech Republic, and a public relations and content account manager for AdZou, a full-service agency staffed by students at the University of Missouri–Columbia.

Riley graduated from the University of Missouri–Columbia with a Bachelor of Journalism and a minor in political science.

In her free time, Riley enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outside, reading, and live music.


Mary Addison Gregory

Mary Addison Gregory is an Analyst in TrailRunner International’s Dallas/Fort Worth office. Prior to becoming an Analyst, she participated in the firm’s internship program.

Before joining the firm, Mary Addison interned in Washington, D.C. for U.S. Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-MS). Mary Addison graduated with a degree in integrated marketing communications with a minor in business from the University of Mississippi, where she was also vice president of membership experience for her sorority.

In her free time, Mary Addison enjoys running, lifting weights, Pilates, and spending time with her family.


Janine Alamir

Janine Alamir is an Analyst at TrailRunner International, based in the United Arab Emirates.

Prior to joining TrailRunner International, she spent three years with the corporate practice at Burson as a Senior Account Executive, where she worked across high-profile regional clients and supported strategic media engagement initiatives. Before that, she served as an Account Executive at Elite Media, working with a range of clients across multiple sectors, including arts and culture, education, health care, and technology.

Before transitioning into public relations, Janine worked as a German language teacher in Jordan. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Jordan and is fluent in Arabic, English, and German. A seasoned bilingual communications professional, she enhances TrailRunner’s Arabic media and content capabilities in the region.

Outside of work, Janine enjoys expressing her creativity through poetry, calligraphy, and painting.


Yasmeen Munira

Yasmeen Munira is an Associate at TrailRunner International, based in the United Arab Emirates.

Yasmeen brings eight years of international experience advising government, corporate, and consumer brands across Asia and the Middle East. She specializes in reputation management, executive positioning, and digital communications that bridge global narratives with measurable business impact.

Before joining TrailRunner International, Yasmeen was an Account Director at Edelman Middle East, where she led regional mandates for DP World, one of the world’s largest logistics providers. She advised senior executives across five regions, shaped the company’s global thought leadership presence at the World Economic Forum, and drove digital engagement that achieved record visibility across the group’s international platforms.

Previously, Yasmeen was a Senior Consultant at Consulum, advising Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Investment, Ministry of Sports, and Ma’aden on digital transformation and communications aligned with Vision 2030. Earlier in her career, she worked with clients across Southeast Asia and the wider Asia region, including Nikon, The Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore, and William Grant & Sons. Notably, she played a lead role in launching Impossible Foods in Singapore, catalyzing nationwide demand for plant-based products, and shifting perceptions toward sustainable consumption.

Based in Dubai, Yasmeen holds an MBA in international relations and business from ESEI Business School in Barcelona and a bachelor’s degree (honors) in communication studies from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

In her free time, she enjoys travelling off the beaten path, whipping up a storm in the kitchen, and writing about the people and places that have shaped her view of the world.
