Camille Flye

Camille Flye is an Analyst in TrailRunner International’s Truckee office. Prior to becoming an Analyst, she participated in the firm’s internship program.

Camille graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor of Arts in communication studies and a minor in journalism. During her time at UNR, she served as an executive board member of PRSSA Nevada and gained hands-on experience through internships in marketing, communications, and public relations.

In her free time, Camille enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, traveling, cooking, and listening to podcasts.


Alyssa Muccillo

Alyssa Muccillo is an Analyst based in TrailRunner International’s Dallas/Fort Worth office. Before becoming an Analyst, Alyssa completed the firm’s internship program.

Alyssa graduated from The Honors College at Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in marketing (digital and integrated marketing communications) and a Bachelor of Arts in business (sports business). During her last two years of college, she interned with Sun Devil Athletics as a Student Sports Information Director. In this role, she oversaw the social media platforms for the women’s water polo team and wrote and communicated stories surrounding the team’s performance.

In her free time, Alyssa enjoys reading, baking, Pilates, and spending time with friends and family.


Emma Patty

Emma Patty is an Analyst based in TrailRunner International’s Dallas/Fort Worth office. Prior to becoming an Analyst, Emma completed the firm’s internship program.

Emma earned her master’s degree in mass communications from Kansas State University after completing her Bachelor of Science in strategic communications with a business minor at the University of Kansas. Throughout college and graduate school, she spent multiple summers in Asia gaining cross-cultural and leadership experience.

In her free time, Emma enjoys trying new restaurants, playing and watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.


Yinka Bishi

Yinka Bishi

Yinka Bishi is an Analyst based in New York. Prior to TrailRunner International, Yinka worked as an intern and Assistant Account Executive at Burson.

Yinka graduated from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor of Arts in public relations and a minor in legal studies in business. In her free time, she enjoys getting into creative endeavors such as making art, creating content, and exploring new cities.


Ali Adkins

Ali Adkins is a Director at TrailRunner International based in New York, bringing more than a decade of experience in strategic communications, public affairs, and issues management to advise clients on corporate positioning, media relations, executive thought leadership, financial communications, and reputation management.

Prior to joining TrailRunner International, Ali held Director roles at Wachsman in New York, and PLUS Communications and FGS Global in Washington, D.C., serving as a key communications advisor and strategist to public and private companies, high-growth startups, industry trade groups, and advocacy organizations spanning the financial services, technology, telecommunications, media/entertainment, and sports industries, as well as emerging markets like fintech and blockchain.

Ali’s clients have included some of the world’s largest and most dynamic businesses as they undergo periods of historic change in their industries, markets, and regulatory environments. Her work has entailed high-stakes and complex situations such as M&A, regulatory action, market entry, fundraises, and executive and organizational change.

Ali holds a Bachelor of Science in political science and communications studies from the University of Kentucky. She is an avid reader, writer, and adventure-seeker who enjoys live music, sports, and quality time with her husband James and miniature dachshund Hazel.


Deron Smith

Deron Smith is a Director for TrailRunner International based in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. Deron brings over 20 years of experience leading strategic communications for some of the world’s most influential companies focusing on building trust, shaping narratives, and guiding teams through periods of change and transformation.

Most recently, Deron was the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Communications at BLDR Holdings, where he directed brand strategy, business development support, and corporate communications. Also, he led the creation of a subsidiary, a mass timber construction company, overseeing its operations, brand, communications, and business development efforts.

Prior to that, Deron was the National Director of Communications for the Boy Scouts of America, serving as the organization’s national spokesperson. He worked closely with executive leadership and oversaw messaging, crisis response, and media relations, helping guide the organization through intense challenges and transformation.

Deron also served as a Vice President at Edelman, advising clients on crisis issues, reputation management, and large-scale proactive communications programs as well as serving as a presentation and media trainer. He began his career with roles at Publicis Dialog and The Gooden Group, serving clients and building expertise in media relations, crisis response, executive positioning, and campaign strategy.

Deron earned a Bachelor of Arts in public relations from the University of Central Oklahoma. He and his wife, Audrey, live in Dallas/Fort Worth and have three sons. Deron is a history fanatic, swimmer, golfer, and a loyal Indiana Hoosiers basketball fan.


Marianne (Mia) Moller

Marianne (Mia) Möller is an Associate at TrailRunner International, based in the United Arab Emirates.

Mia has nearly ten years of experience advising sovereign entities, multinational firms, and high-growth businesses across the Middle East on strategic communications, leadership visibility, and reputation management.

Before joining TrailRunner International, Mia spent more than three years at Burson (formerly Hill & Knowlton), where she rose from Account Executive to Senior Account Manager. She led integrated communications campaigns across healthcare, infrastructure, tourism, and space, advising clients including AstraZeneca, Boehringer Ingelheim, Eli Lilly, SEHA (Abu Dhabi Health Services Company), Etihad Rail, AD Ports Group, and Careem. She also managed the global launch of Neo Space Group, Saudi Arabia’s national space company backed by the Public Investment Fund.

As part of a two-person team leading KnowledgePlus — a strategic knowledge transfer initiative — Mia supported the execution of a program for the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, before project managing the development and launch of the ADNOC Communications Academy 2.0.

Earlier in her career, Mia worked at Burson-Marsteller, focusing on financial communications and investor relations in the finance, legal, and fintech sectors. She also supported Bloomberg’s New Voices initiative to increase female executive representation in regional business media.

Mia holds a Bachelor of Communications with a double major in public relations and management from Murdoch University. In her free time, Mia enjoys learning new skills, exploring her interest in cars and motorcycles as both an enthusiast and a rider, and is a passionate weightlifter.


Jamie Paster

Jamie Paster is a Director for TrailRunner International, based in New York. Jamie brings over 15 years’ experience advising some of the world’s most innovative companies on corporate positioning, executive thought leadership, and strategic media relations.

Before joining TrailRunner International, Jamie served as Senior Vice President at Weber Shandwick, where she led corporate storytelling and integrated communications efforts across the Mars portfolio. Previously, she was Vice President at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, overseeing external communications for Walgreens with a focus on corporate culture, digital transformation, and crisis response.

Jamie’s earlier experience includes roles of increasing responsibility at Coyne PR, Green Room PR, and Stern Strategy Group, where she partnered with clients in sectors including sustainability, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and more.

Jamie graduated from Monmouth University with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and communications. Outside of work, Jamie enjoys traveling, cooking, and exploring new adventures with her two children.


Avery Hastings

Avery Hastings is an Analyst based in TrailRunner International’s Dallas/Fort Worth office. Prior to becoming an Analyst, Avery completed the firm’s internship program.

Avery graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and minored in psychology and marketing communications.

In Avery’s free time, she enjoys running, Pilates, trying new recipes, and traveling.


Devon Humphries

Devon Humphries is an Analyst in TrailRunner International’s Dallas/Fort Worth office.

Before joining TrailRunner International, Devon worked at a boutique public relations agency in Dallas, where she helped with strategic communications campaigns for a diverse range of clients. Devon is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies. In 2026, she was named social media chair for the Dallas Texas Tech Alumni Association.

Outside of work, Devon enjoys spending time with her dog, Karl, taking walks on a local trail, and unwinding with a good book. She also loves matcha and discovering new places around Dallas.
