Serena Saitto

Serena Saitto is a Managing Director based in New York for TrailRunner International where she brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic communications and financial journalism to counsel clients in financial communications, crisis communications, and special situations such as M&A, IPOs, leveraged buyouts, and corporate activism.

Most recently, Serena was a Senior Vice President at Edelman Smithfield, where she advised public and private companies on financial communications and special situations. Before Edelman Smithfield, Serena worked for more than 15 years as an award-winning financial journalist, reporting from Europe, Latin America, and the U.S. for leading financial publications including Bloomberg and The Wall Street Journal. She won a Sabew (Society for Advancing Business Editing and Writing) award as part of a Bloomberg team for best in enterprise reporting on the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers. Her coverage for Bloomberg of the 2008 financial crisis received a “Best in Business Reporting” award from the Society of Silurians, one of the oldest press clubs in the country. At Bloomberg, she led coverage of M&A and IPOs in the Americas as a Senior Reporter. As a Senior Tech Reporter, she also covered venture capital and VC-backed startups. In these positions, she often contributed to Bloomberg Businessweek and Bloomberg TV. She also moderated Bloomberg conferences globally.

Before joining Bloomberg, Serena was a correspondent for Dow Jones Newswires in Buenos Aires and Milan contributing to The Wall Street Journal and CNBC. Her most recent journalism post was working as a reporter in San Francisco covering Silicon Valley for The Information.

Serena holds a Master of Science in political economy from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in political sciences from La Sapienza University of Rome, Italy.

A dual citizen of Italy and the U.S., Serena speaks English, Italian, Spanish, French, and Portuguese. She lives in Manhattan, and loves traveling and spending time outdoors, surfing, and skiing.


Magalie Bolomboy

Magalie Bolomboy is Global Head of Talent Acquisition for TrailRunner International, based in our New York office. She is focused on recruiting high-performing talent at all levels to support the firm’s global growth and expansion. Magalie has over a decade of experience building teams for international companies.

Most recently, Magalie served as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Americas at Dataiku, where she led all technical hiring functions within the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. Prior to that, she was the Recruiting Partner – Tech and Engineering / Interim Talent Acquisition Director at 1010Data Inc. and Lead Senior Technology Recruiter – AVP at Deutsche Bank. Magalie also has deep experience on the agency side of recruitment, working with clients across industries such as public relations, media, retail, CPG, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare.

Magalie graduated from Texas Southern University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. She speaks French, Lingala, and some Spanish.

In her free time, she likes to volunteer in her community. She’s also an avid NYC marathon runner who loves running, skiing, dogs, fashion, traveling, exploring restaurants locally and abroad, and spending time with family and friends.


Seth Hand

As Head of International at TrailRunner International, Seth Hand oversees the firm’s operations outside of the United States. Based in Dubai, he manages TrailRunner International’s offices across the Middle East, as well as in London and Shanghai. With more than two decades of experience, including 18 years in the Gulf, Seth provides strategic counsel, corporate communications, and financial communications support to leading companies, investors, and government stakeholders, helping them navigate complex reputational and transactional environments. In 2024 and 2025, he was named to PRWeek’s Middle East Power Book, recognizing the most influential communications professionals in the region.

Seth has advised on a wide range of high-profile mandates across the Middle East, Asia, and Sub-Saharan Africa, delivering projects in Angola, Kenya, Mozambique, Nigeria, Rwanda, and Singapore. His experience includes sovereign investment, national branding, major infrastructure, and large-scale economic development initiatives.

Before joining TrailRunner International, Seth served as Managing Director at Edelman Middle East, where he led the regional corporate reputation practice and supported flagship projects including the launch of NEOM’s The Line and communications around the Public Investment Fund’s acquisition of Newcastle United Football Club.

Previously, as Regional Managing Director at Finsbury (now FGS Global), Seth worked closely with the Ministry of Finance to support communications around the annual budget, was part of the team that launched Waad Al Shamal, Saudi Arabia’s northern industrial city, and led crisis communications for the opening of King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, working with the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA).

Earlier in his career at Grayling, Seth supported the launch of Angola’s sovereign wealth fund and was a key member of the team that launched the award-winning ‘Make It Kenya’ campaign to drive international tourism and foreign investment into Kenya.

A proud native of Scotland, Seth holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in corporate communication from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, weight training, and traveling. He has a French Bulldog called Zico.


Christian Hammond

Christian Hammond serves as an Associate in TrailRunner International’s Dallas/Fort Worth office, where he works with clients across industries including finance, venture capital, health care, energy, and professional and NCAA sports. He has helped lead high-profile crisis management engagements and serves clients navigating complex scenarios from federal investigations to public listings, in addition to helping with corporate and executive positioning, litigation communications, and reputation and change management. Christian also co-leads the firm’s intern program.

Christian began his career with TrailRunner International as an intern before joining the firm full time as an Analyst in the fall of 2021. He graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, where he was a Hunt Leadership Scholar, with degrees in political science and biology and minors in European studies and French.

Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Christian enjoys traveling, reading history, being outdoors, and supporting Liverpool FC.


Niamh McKevitt

Niamh is an Associate for TrailRunner International based in London, where she works with high-profile clients across a range of industries, including financial services, AI, entertainment, and sports. Her work spans corporate communications, crisis management, brand and executive positioning, and special situations such as restructurings, M&A transactions, and IPOs.

Niamh joined TrailRunner International in 2021 as an Analyst in the New York office, before moving to London to aid the company’s international expansion efforts. In this capacity, Niamh has been servicing clients in the UK as well as providing a link between offices in the U.S. and the UAE. Before joining TrailRunner International, Niamh worked in content marketing at iProspect UK in Manchester, UK in the global communications division of Dentsu Aegis.

Niamh is also an author. In 2015, her memoir Playing with the Boys was published by Vision Sports Ltd, the UK’s leading independent sports publisher. It told the story of her unique experience as the only girl playing mixed football in England and how she helped persuade the Football Association (FA), English football’s governing body, to raise the age limit at which girls could play with boys from 13 to 18. The book went on to become an Amazon best seller while The Guardian picked up the serialisation rights. Following this, Niamh was invited to contribute articles about women’s football for outlets such as The Guardian, ITV, and The Huffington Post and did interviews with media channels all over the world. The FA also invited her to be an ambassador for women’s football, and she did several media interviews on their behalf.

Niamh graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in history and a minor in economics from St. Thomas Aquinas College in Sparkill, NY where she was named salutatorian. Niamh currently lives in London where she plays football in the FA Women’s National League.


Jen Craker

Jen Craker is the Human Resources Manager based in our Nashville, Tennessee office.  She moved from Los Angeles to Nashville where she worked at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in the Vanderbilt Institute for Global Health (VIGH) department managing the office, onboarding new students and employees along with supporting 10 faculty members whose specialties range from Public Health, Global Infectious Disease, Epidemiology and Pediatric Neurology.   While working at Vanderbilt she was nominated by her team and received the center’s prestigious CREDO award for her work within the department.  Prior to Vanderbilt she worked for over 10 years at HL Group Partners LLC (now KWT Global) in the Los Angeles office as their Operations and Human Resources Manager.  While living in Los Angeles she was a regular volunteer at the LA Food Bank, Union Rescue Mission and delivering Meals on Wheels to homebound residents.   She resides in Nashville with her husband who is a songwriter along with their rescue dog.  Jen is an avid baker ala Rhee Drummond, enjoys trying out new restaurants, checking out the art exhibits and attending shows of up-and-coming country music singer/songwriters.


Madyson DeJoy

Madyson DeJoy is an Associate in TrailRunner International’s Nashville office, where she supports clients across a wide range of industries, including technology, finance, entertainment, consumer brands, and startups. Her work spans corporate communications, crisis communications, brand and executive positioning, and event coordination. She has helped lead campaigns at large-scale events such as the Super Bowl, SXSW, and CES, and helped guide clients through high-stakes scenarios, including organizational restructurings and M&A transactions. She also co-leads the firm’s intern program.

Prior to joining TrailRunner International as an Analyst in 2021, Madyson graduated from the University of Nebraska with a degree in journalism and minors in communications, English, psychology, and fashion merchandising. During her time at the University of Nebraska, Madyson held several internships, including serving as a content writer and editor working on campus websites, newsletters, and social media channels, working for the Minnesota communications and marketing firm Nemer Fieger & Associates, and serving as an Amazon Prime Student Ambassador at Riddle & Bloom, a marketing agency focused on Gen Z and millennial consumers.

Originally from Prior Lake, Minnesota, Madyson enjoys attending concerts, spending time with her family and friends on the lake, walking her dog Bowser, and traveling.


Jen Hibbard

Jen Hibbard is a Director based in TrailRunner’s Truckee, CA office. She advises clients on a wide range of matters, including executive positioning, crisis preparedness and response, product launches, internal communications, and reputation management. Jen has 20 years of experience in financial services and 12 years in corporate communications. She has worked with clients across a broad spectrum of industries, helping them elevate their industry presence and navigate complex matters, such as business restructuring, acquisitions, housing affordability, social responsibility, and mortgage-backed securities.

Prior to joining TrailRunner, Jen served as a senior communications advisor working for Wells Fargo’s Commercial Banking division, where she provided internal communications and media relations support for high producing businesses across 19 specialty industries. Jen has also provided communications counsel to leaders of Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate, Equipment Finance, Corporate Trust Services, and Small Business divisions.

Jen holds a degree from California State University, Sacramento (BA, Business and Strategic Management). She lives in Lake Tahoe, CA and enjoys skiing, hiking, cycling, and exploring the outdoors through all the seasons in beautiful Lake Tahoe.


Kate Bramlett

Kate Bramlett is an Associate based in TrailRunner International’s New York office. Kate began her career at TrailRunner International as an intern before being named an Analyst in 2023. Prior to joining TrailRunner International, Kate worked as a premium service intern at Austin FC.

Kate graduated from the Moody College Honors Program at the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in corporate communications and a minor in business.

In her free time, Kate enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking dance classes, and traveling when possible.


Regina Dai

Regina Dai is an Associate in TrailRunner International’s Shanghai office, where she serves clients across a broad range of industries.

Prior to joining TrailRunner International, Regina worked as a Senior Research Consultant at HCR, a marketing research company in Shanghai. In this role, she conducted in-depth research to identify key consumer insights for clients in the health care, retail, and food and beverage sectors. Regina started her career as an intern in Edelman’s Shanghai office, focusing on health care, and in the international affairs department for Shanghai Media Group.

Regina graduated from New York University with a master’s degree in public relations and corporate communication and holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Donghua University. She spent her sophomore year as an exchange student at New Mexico State University.

In her free time, Regina enjoys cooking, reading, movies, musicals, and traveling with friends.
